OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to keep our prices competitive, we only accept credit cards as a confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid before departure by cash, sterling traveller's cheque or card-backed personal cheque.We operate a 7 day cancellation policy.

We will always try to re-sell rooms. However should we fail to re-sell the room the first night of your stay will be deducted from your credit card (or cheque will be non refundable) If your cancellation is within 1 week off arriving then the whole booking reservation may be payable if we can't re-sell the room

This contract is executed under Scottish law as we have a small floor limit for cards we ask all guests to settle there bills by paying cash sterling travellers cheques or cheque this way we keep prices competitive.
